The CS-3000 Series Semiconductor Curve Tracer is designed for measuring the voltage-current characteristics and key parameters of a wide range of semiconductor devices. All models support a maximum peak voltage of 3 kV in High Voltage mode, while the available high-current capability varies by model.

The series includes three models: CS-3100, CS-3200, and CS-3300. The CS-3100 provides up to 15 A peak pulse current through the standard collector supply, while the CS-3200 adds a dedicated High Current mode of up to 400 A. The CS-3300 extends High Current mode capability to 1,000 A and 10 kW peak power.

All models provide LEAKAGE measurement mode with 1 pA cursor resolution, allowing highly sensitive leakage-current evaluation. The platform supports Rectified SINE, DC, LEAKAGE, and AC measurement modes, making it suitable for multiple semiconductor characterization requirements.

USB connectivity enables storage of screen images, waveform data in CSV format, and measurement setups, while a LAN interface supports remote operation and integration into laboratory test systems.
