The CS-3200 Curve Tracer is designed for advanced static characterization of power semiconductor devices across both high-voltage and high-current operating conditions.

Its High Voltage mode supports measurements up to 3 kV, allowing engineers to analyze breakdown voltage, leakage characteristics, and other high-voltage semiconductor parameters. The High Current mode provides peak currents up to 400 A at 40 V, with peak power capability up to 4 kW.

The instrument supports adjustable high-current pulse widths from 50 µs to 400 µs, enabling controlled testing of high-power devices while reducing excessive thermal stress.

The CS-3200 also includes a dedicated leakage measurement mode with high sensitivity, making it suitable for detailed device evaluation. USB storage and LAN connectivity support data management, remote operation, and integration into laboratory or automated testing environments.
