The CS-3300 Curve Tracer is the highest-current model in the IWATSU CS-3000 Series. It combines 3 kV High Voltage mode with a dedicated High Current mode capable of up to 1,000 A at 40 V and 10 kW peak power.
Its High Current mode supports adjustable pulse widths from 50 μs to 400 μs in 10 μs increments, allowing controlled characterization of high-power semiconductor devices. In the standard high-voltage ranges, the instrument supports 3 kV at 75 mA with up to 150 mA pulse current, 300 V at 750 mA with up to 1.5 A pulse current, and 30 V at 7.5 A with up to 15 A pulse current.
The CS-3000 Series also provides a LEAKAGE mode with 1 pA cursor resolution, USB connectivity for saving screen and setup data, and a LAN interface for remote control. These capabilities make the CS-3300 suitable for semiconductor characterization, power electronics development, laboratory testing, and device qualification.
The current PMK America CS-3300 configuration includes the CS-302 Test Fixture, CS-005 Wire Set, and CS-500 Blank Test Adapter and requires CC-3300 and ID-3300.
