The CS-5000 Series Semiconductor Curve Tracer is designed for detailed voltage-current characterization of high-voltage and high-power semiconductor devices. The series consists of four main-frame models: CS-5100, CS-5200, CS-5300, and CS-5400. All models provide a maximum peak voltage of 5,000 V in High Voltage mode.

The models differ mainly in their high-current capabilities. The CS-5100 is a 5 kV model without dedicated High Current mode, while the CS-5200 supports up to 400 A, the CS-5300 up to 1,000 A, and the CS-5400 up to 1,500 A peak pulse current. The CS-5400 provides up to 12 kW peak power in High Current mode.

All models include a dedicated LEAKAGE measurement mode with 1 pA cursor resolution for sensitive low-current measurements. The series supports Rectified SINE, DC ±, LEAKAGE ±, and AC waveforms, providing flexibility for different semiconductor characterization requirements.

USB connectivity allows measurement screen and setup data to be stored, while the integrated LAN interface enables remote control and integration into laboratory test environments.
