The MA2410xA Inline Peak Power Sensor by Anritsu is engineered for high-accuracy power measurements in a broad range of applications, including communications (GSM/EDGE, CDMA/EV-DO, WCDMA/HSDPA, WiMAX) and military radar systems. The sensor uses a dual path architecture that allows for True-RMS measurements, providing exceptional measurement accuracy over a wide frequency range of 25 MHz to 4 GHz.
Its forward direction path includes a 4 MHz bandwidth channel capable of measuring PEP power, crest factor, CCDF, and burst average power. The reverse direction allows for accurate measurement of reverse power, reflection coefficient, return-loss, and SWR—key factors for assessing signal integrity and system performance.
The sensor is designed to integrate seamlessly with PCs running Microsoft Windows®, offering advanced data analysis capabilities through the PowerXpert™ application. Additionally, it can easily interface with Anritsu handheld instruments, making it versatile for both bench and field testing.
