The Anritsu MA247xD series standard diode sensors are designed for precision power measurement across a broad frequency range of 10 MHz to 50 GHz. These sensors offer a high dynamic range of 90 dB and deliver fast response times, making them suitable for testing GSM and other TDMA systems using GMSK modulation.

They are built with high accuracy, providing linearity better than 1.8%, ensuring precise measurements for CW and modulated signals.
