The RIGOL DS70304 is a premium 3 GHz, four-channel digital oscilloscope designed for high-speed digital design, semiconductor validation, signal integrity analysis, DDR debugging and compliance testing. Built on RIGOL’s Phoenix chipset and UltraVision III platform, it combines up to 20 GSa/s real-time sampling, 2 Gpts memory depth, adjustable 8–16-bit resolution, 1,000,000 wfms/s capture rate and optional real-time spectrum analysis for demanding R&D applications..
