The ME7838x4 Series extends the capabilities of Anritsu’s VectorStar platform to high-performance 4-port broadband measurements. This series provides a rare combination of wide frequency coverage and unmatched calibration stability—made possible through Anritsu’s NLTL-based mmWave modules.

With coverage from 70 kHz to 150 GHz, and extendable up to 1.1 THz, the ME7838x4 system is ideal for advanced component and device modeling, including differential, balanced, or complex multi-port RF/mmWave systems. The G4 configuration, featuring the MA25400A module, delivers industry-best performance with compact form factor and 0.6 mm test port connectors for sub-THz applications.

The Spectrum Analyzer Option (49) introduces integrated spectral analysis within the same platform, while Cold Source Noise Figure and Differential Noise Figure options enable comprehensive noise and signal integrity evaluations.
