Part of the IT6300 series, the IT6333C offers multi-output flexibility for complex testing scenarios. Its two high-voltage channels can be used in series for up to 300 V or paralleled for increased current, while the low-voltage channel offers precise support for logic-level supplies. High-resolution controls and rapid sampling enable accurate delivery and monitoring even during dynamic load changes.

Engineers can automate sequences with programmable list mode and set test durations using the built-in timer. Remote sensing compensates for line losses, ensuring voltage accuracy at the device under test.
