The P9488B integrates high-density RF waveform generation, sequencing, optional acquisition, and onboard processing in a single device. Its eight AWG channels operate in sync or independently under a flexible sequencer. Real-time streaming ensures waveforms extend beyond internal memory. Onboard NCOs and FPGA enable responsive, closed-loop RF experiments without external hardware. It’s ideal for radar prototyping, quantum control, beamforming, and multi-channel communication testing.

  • Eight AWG channels (9 GS/s, 16‑bit DACs)

  • 4 GS memory per channel (expandable)

  • Up to 8 GHz RF output bandwidth

  • Eight marker outputs per channel

  • Integrated NCOs for RF/microwave signal synthesis

  • Optional dual-channel digitizer (5.4 GS/s, 12‑bit ADCs)

  • Task-based sequencer with conditional logic

  • Real-time PC-to-FPGA waveform streaming

  • User-programmable FPGA for embedded DSP and control

  • Benchtop chassis with touchscreen and high-speed I/O
