The HUB4SSBA is a rugged industrial-grade 4-port USB 3.1 Gen 1 hub designed to deliver SuperSpeed performance even in the harshest environments. Capable of handling data rates up to 5 Gbps, it ensures reliable connections for mission-critical applications such as industrial automation, test and measurement, or rugged computing.
The four USB ports are configured as Charging Downstream Ports (CDPs) per USB BCv1.2, with port 4 supplying up to 2.4A, and the remaining three offering 1500mA each — perfect for power-hungry peripherals.
The hub features full reverse polarity, under-voltage, over-voltage, and overcurrent protection, making it a dependable solution in industrial installations. MTT architecture ensures legacy USB devices do not slow down newer peripherals by isolating data rates across ports.
Each USB port features a bi-color LED to indicate connection type: green for USB 3.x and yellow for USB 2.0/1.x. The SeaLATCH USB connectors ensure secure cabling even in vibration-prone installations.
