The FireFly® Series stands at the forefront of isolated high-speed probing technology, specifically engineered for GaN/SiC power device characterization. It excels in scenarios that require accurate measurement of small differential signals in the presence of extremely high common-mode voltages, offering >180 dB CMRR, unmatched by any traditional differential probe system.

Its compact angled probe head not only allows access to tight board layouts but also improves signal integrity by enabling the use of shorter probe tips. The optical isolation between probe head and interface guarantees safety and noise immunity for sensitive high-side gate measurements.

The probe connects via a universal BNC interface, ensuring seamless integration with any oscilloscope. It is powered by an industry-standard 18650 battery offering up to 30 hours of continuous use. Remote configuration and deskewing are enabled through PMK's USB/LAN-compatible power supplies (2ch PS2 or 4ch PS3). For portable needs, the AP-01 battery pack provides >8h isolated operation.
