The IWATSU® SS-500 Series offers high-performance clamp-type current probes designed to measure current from microamps to hundreds of amps without breaking the circuit. With bandwidths up to 120 MHz, excellent noise performance, and support for small to large conductors, it's ideal for ripple current observation, switching current measurement, and general-purpose use across R&D, production, and power analysis..

The IWATSU® SS-500 current probe series enables non-invasive, accurate current measurement by clamping around a conductor and detecting its magnetic field. This is particularly useful for live circuits or where power interruptions are not possible.

The series supports both low-current high-precision applications and higher current switching measurements. With models offering bandwidths from DC up to 120 MHz and low noise floors, it is ideal for everything from power supply ripple analysis to switching current spikes in high-frequency circuits.

Its design provides galvanic isolation, enhancing safety and signal fidelity. The high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), combined with 10x output gain, makes it suitable even for 100 μA-level measurements.
