The MMCX Probe Series by PMK redefines high-fidelity single-ended measurements with low capacitance, high signal integrity, and repeatable connections. Developed for engineers working on high-speed digital and analog circuits, these probes eliminate traditional problems like ground loop interference caused by long passive probe leads.

By using MMCX connectors for direct PCB connectivity, these probes ensure high signal quality with minimal loss. With input voltage handling up to ±42 V peak and bandwidth exceeding 1 GHz, the MMCX Probe Series is well-suited for debugging and validating everything from power rails to digital buses.

These probes are single-ended, meaning they measure voltage referenced to ground. For applications requiring differential measurements, PMK recommends the HSDP Series or FireFly® Series probes.

PMK’s MMCX probes output via a BNC interface, ensuring universal compatibility. Additionally, many models support automatic oscilloscope scaling via a built-in Read-Out (RO) pin.
