The TRIONet3 serves as a modular and highly flexible front-end for distributed data acquisition networks or as an expansion interface for DEWE3 systems. With two available module slots, it can be configured to support various sensor types, including voltage, current, IEPE, bridge, thermocouples, counters, and CAN.

Designed for remote and field applications, it allows synchronized measurements across multiple units using the TRION-SYNC-BUS. Each device can be positioned up to 100 meters apart while maintaining time-aligned data capture. The system delivers high-speed data transfer—up to 90 MB/s—through its USB or Ethernet connections.

Its compact housing and battery power capability make it ideal for rail, aerospace, automotive, and other environments where mobility and flexibility are essential. Operation is managed through OXYGEN software or custom APIs using the TRION SDK.

  • Dual Module Capacity: Accommodates two TRION or TRION3 modules for flexible signal acquisition.

  • High-Speed Sampling: Supports data acquisition rates up to 10 MS/s per channel.

  • Synchronized Distributed Measurement: Ensures synchronization between multiple units over distances up to 100 meters using TRION-SYNC-BUS.

  • Multiple Interface Options: Connects to a host system via USB 3.0 or Gigabit Ethernet, compatible with both Windows and Linux platforms.

  • Battery Operated: Optional hot-swappable battery provides approximately one hour of autonomous operation.

  • Expandable Setup: Snap-in mechanism allows multiple TRIONet3 units to be combined for large-scale multi-node configurations.
