The SeaLINK REL-16 provides 16 outputs for PC-based control and automation of equipment, offering a reliable solution for industrial applications. It features reed relay outputs that provide dry contact switch closures with low current (10W max), ensuring long-life and high-quality performance. The device is equipped with removable screw terminals for simplified wiring and includes a DIN rail mounting option for easy integration into control systems.

This product is classified as legacy and not recommended for new designs due to limited availability of critical components. For new projects, we recommend the SeaI/O-440U, which offers improved availability and similar functionality. The SeaLINK REL-16 continues to receive technical and warranty support, and its SeaIO Classic software drivers make installation straightforward on Windows operating systems.

It’s important to note that the SeaLINK REL-16 is not supported on USB 3.x ports, and users must update their SeaIO drivers for proper operation.
