The SeaI/O-462W is a powerful wireless digital I/O interface module offering 96 channels of buffered TTL-level I/O. These are arranged into 12 configurable 8-bit ports, each independently set as input or output—ideal for controlling sensors, relays, and industrial automation systems.
Connectivity is simplified with two DB-78 female connectors, compatible with Sealevel’s CA237 cable for direct interfacing with up to four 50-pin solid-state relay racks. Wireless connectivity is achieved using standard 802.11b/g protocols, making it easy to deploy in existing Wi-Fi environments.
Engineered with robust security, the 462W supports WEP, WPA-TKIP, and WPA2-AES encryption standards. Integration is seamless using SeaMAX software libraries and drivers, available for both Windows and Linux platforms. For real-time remote monitoring, the Sealevel Modbus Connect iOS app allows users to manage registers, coils, and I/O on the go.
The SeaI/O-462W is part of the modular SeaI/O series and supports daisy-chaining of up to 246 expansion modules, including models with Reed relays, Form C relays, analog input/output, and optically isolated channels.
