The SeaI/O-520W is a wireless-enabled Modbus TCP module equipped with eight optically isolated digital inputs and eight high-current SPDT Form C relays, making it ideal for switching industrial loads and interfacing with sensors, alarms, and other control systems.
Inputs support 5–30VDC signals and are protected with 300V optical isolation, ensuring safe operation in noisy industrial environments. Each Form C relay supports both normally open and normally closed configurations and can switch up to 6A @ 250VAC or 5A @ 30VDC, ideal for controlling heavy-duty equipment.
The module communicates over 802.11b/g wireless networks using Modbus TCP or the Sealevel SeaMAX API. It supports robust wireless security standards and provides seamless integration with SeaMAX software on Windows and Linux platforms. Remote control and diagnostics are possible via the Sealevel Modbus Connect iOS app.
Expandable with up to 246 additional SeaI/O N-series modules, the 520W offers flexible deployment options and removable screw terminals for efficient field wiring.
