Specification
The SeaI/O-530W is a versatile Wi-Fi-enabled digital I/O module featuring 16 optically isolated inputs and 16 open-collector outputs. Designed for use in rugged industrial automation systems, it enables wireless monitoring and control using Modbus TCP or the Sealevel SeaMAX API.
Inputs support a 5–30VDC range with 300V optical isolation, grouped in four-bit segments for easy field wiring. The 16 open-collector outputs are arranged in 8-bit ports and are capable of high-current sinking across a wide voltage range. Each output includes a flyback diode, making it suitable for inductive loads like solenoids and motors.
Wi-Fi communication is secured using advanced encryption protocols (WEP, WPA-TKIP, WPA2-AES). SeaMAX software ensures seamless integration with Windows and Linux systems, while Sealevel’s Modbus Connect app for iOS allows real-time remote diagnostics and I/O access in the field.
The SeaI/O-530W supports expansion via SeaI/O N-series modules—connect up to 246 additional I/O modules for scalable deployment. It’s housed in a rugged enclosure with removable terminals and can be mounted on DIN rails or tabletops.
