The SeaI/O-420S-OEM is a versatile Modbus RTU interface module that provides 16 optically isolated digital inputs and 8 Form C relay outputs. The inputs can handle a range of 5–30VDC, offering electrical isolation for sensitive equipment in industrial environments. The 8 Form C relays support flexible switching of low-current devices such as alarms, lights, and small motors.
Each input and output is grouped into 4-bit segments for easy wiring, using removable 3.5mm terminal blocks, ensuring quick and reliable installation. The module is powered by a 9–30VDC source, and it communicates over RS-232 using the Modbus RTU protocol, compatible with both Windows and Linux through Sealevel’s SeaMAX API.
Designed for OEM applications, the SeaI/O-420S-OEM provides easy integration into custom control systems, while its scalability allows up to 246 additional SeaI/O N-series modules to be added for larger, more complex systems.
