The SeaI/O-462E-OEM provides a 96-channel digital I/O interface module, offering both buffered TTL inputs and outputs. These I/O channels are arranged into 12 eight-bit ports, allowing flexible configuration as either input or output. The DB78 female connectors make it easy to connect to industry-standard relay racks, enabling seamless integration into automation and control systems for sensors, switches, and security systems.
Using Modbus TCP over 10/100BaseT Ethernet, the SeaI/O-462E-OEM allows for remote monitoring and control of digital I/O systems. Developers can integrate with the SeaMAX API for Windows and Linux, or access I/O status using the Sealevel Modbus Connect iOS app.
The module is powered from a 9–30VDC source, providing versatility in power systems. Its board-only format is ideal for embedded and OEM applications where space and customization are essential.
For expansion, the SeaI/O-462E-OEM can support up to 246 additional SeaI/O N-series modules, offering a scalable solution for large I/O networks. The removable 3.5mm terminal blocks simplify field wiring, reducing installation and maintenance time.
