The SeaI/O-462M delivers a robust 96-channel digital I/O solution using RS-485 Modbus RTU communication. Each of the 96 I/O lines is grouped into 12 programmable 8-bit ports that can be set as either input or output. It connects via dual DB-78 female connectors, enabling quick attachment to standard relay racks using Sealevel's DB-78 to 50-pin IDC cable (CA237).

The module is powered by a wide-range 9–30VDC source and can be expanded using N-series SeaI/O products. Users can integrate multiple modules in a daisy-chained configuration for scalable system design. Ideal for applications involving sensors, relays, switches, or control systems, the SeaI/O-462M works seamlessly with Sealevel’s SeaMAX API or via standard Modbus RTU for easy software development and deployment.
