The SeaI/O-463E-OEM module provides 96 buffered TTL digital I/O channels, allowing for seamless integration with industrial sensors, switches, and security systems. The I/O is divided into 12 eight-bit ports, each of which can be configured as either input or output, giving users flexibility in their control systems.
This board-only version uses 50-pin IDC ribbon cables for easy connection to up to four industry-standard relay racks, making the system highly modular and easy to expand. A metal strain relief bracket is included to securely hold the cables after installation, ensuring long-term stability in field conditions.
The SeaI/O-463E-OEM is powered by a 9–30VDC source, and it can be expanded with up to 246 additional SeaI/O N-series modules via pass-through connectors. It communicates using Modbus TCP, an industry-standard protocol, and can be seamlessly integrated into SCADA systems, PLCs, or custom applications via Sealevel’s SeaMAX API.
For mobile testing and field diagnostics, the Sealevel Modbus Connect iOS app allows users to access I/O registers and coils remotely. Additionally, a printed Ribbon Cable Installation Instruction manual is included with each order to simplify the installation process.
