The SeaI/O-520E-OEM is a robust Ethernet I/O module providing 8 optically isolated inputs and 8 high-current Form C relays. The optically isolated inputs are ideal for industrial environments, rated for 5–30VDC, and protected with 300V external isolation to safeguard sensitive equipment from voltage transients and ground loops.
The Form C relays are capable of switching up to 6A at 250VAC and 5A at 30VDC, making them suitable for controlling high-power industrial devices. These relays can be configured for normally open or normally closed operation based on your control requirements.
Communication with the SeaI/O-520E-OEM is facilitated via Modbus TCP over Ethernet, allowing for easy integration into networked control systems and remote monitoring. The module is powered by a 9–30VDC source and supports both modular connector and terminal block power inputs for flexible installation.
To simplify wiring, the module includes removable screw terminals, making field installation and maintenance hassle-free. For mobile access, the Sealevel Modbus Connect app allows remote testing, diagnostics, and I/O monitoring directly from your iOS device.
