The SeaI/O-520M-OEM is a high-performance RS-485 Modbus RTU I/O module in a board-only format for embedded or panel-mount applications. It includes 8 optically isolated inputs that accept signals from 5 to 30VDC, offering 300V of external isolation for protection against transients and noise—ideal for demanding industrial environments.
The module also features 8 high-current SPDT Form C relays capable of switching up to 6A @ 250VAC or 5A @ 30VDC, making it suitable for controlling pumps, motors, solenoids, and other high-load devices. Each relay supports both normally open and normally closed connections.
Designed for reliable communication, the 520M-OEM operates on the RS-485 bus using Modbus RTU protocol or Sealevel’s SeaMAX API libraries, compatible with Windows and Linux systems. Installation is straightforward using pluggable terminal blocks, and power can be supplied via a 9–30VDC input source.
It’s expandable via pass-through connectors with up to 246 SeaI/O N-series modules, allowing for broad I/O scalability.
