The SeaI/O-540E-OEM is a robust Ethernet I/O module that provides 32 open-collector outputs for high-current sinking applications. Each output is equipped with a flyback diode to protect against voltage spikes when switching inductive loads such as DC motors. The outputs are grouped into eight-bit ports, simplifying wiring and control.

The module communicates using Modbus TCP over Ethernet, which allows easy integration into existing control systems. It is powered by a 9–30VDC source and features removable screw terminals for easy wiring, making it ideal for field installation in industrial environments.

With the Sealevel Modbus Connect app for iOS, you can remotely monitor and troubleshoot the I/O system. Additionally, the SeaI/O-540E-OEM supports expansion with up to 246 SeaI/O N-series modules, making it a scalable solution for large I/O systems.
