The SeaI/O-540U-OEM is a board-level, USB-based digital output module engineered for OEMs and embedded system designers. It provides 32 open-collector outputs grouped into 8-bit ports, with each port connected via 3.5mm terminal blocks for clean integration.
Designed to sink high currents across a wide voltage range, this unit features flyback diodes on each output to protect against voltage spikes from inductive loads like motors and solenoids.
You can communicate with the unit via the industry-standard Modbus RTU protocol or by leveraging Sealevel’s powerful SeaMAX API from your custom application. The unit is fully supported on both Windows and Linux platforms, making it easy to deploy in virtually any system.
