Specification
The SeaI/O-540U offers high-current sinking control for 32 outputs through any USB connection. Each output includes a flyback diode, providing critical protection for inductive loads such as DC motors. Outputs are organized in 8-bit ports, each sharing common high/low voltage lines via pluggable terminal blocks.
This device supports flexible power input (9–30 VDC) and can be integrated easily into both new and existing systems using Sealevel’s SeaMAX API or any Modbus RTU-compatible software. The 540U also supports expansion with up to 246 additional SeaI/O N-series modules, giving you massive scalability for large I/O networks.
Engineered for rugged use, the SeaI/O-540U operates from -25°C to 85°C and includes a secure SeaLATCH USB port that resists accidental cable disconnects. Whether you're controlling actuators, LEDs, or motors, this unit delivers reliable performance in demanding environments.
