The SeaI/O-570U-OEM is a compact, board-level USB I/O solution built for OEMs and embedded applications. It integrates the LTC1867 A/D converter to deliver eight 16-bit analog inputs, configurable for ±5V or ±15V ranges. These inputs support floating or ground-referenced signals and can operate in either bipolar or unipolar modes, ideal for sensors like thermistors, battery outputs, and transformer signals. A DIP switch enables +5V biasing for thermistor applications.
Alongside analog capabilities, the unit offers 8 optically isolated digital inputs that support 5–30VDC signaling with robust 3500V external isolation, ensuring safe operation in noisy industrial environments.
For output control, it features 8 Form C relays capable of switching up to 24W DC loads, configurable as normally open or normally closed. Removable terminal blocks simplify wiring, and the compact, board-only format makes it easy to embed into custom control systems or enclosures.
Communication is seamless via USB using industry-standard Modbus RTU or Sealevel’s SeaMAX API for custom software development. The device operates within a temperature range of 0°C to 50°C and can be expanded using SeaI/O N-series modules to meet broader application demands.
