The SeaI/O-570U is a versatile USB-based I/O module designed for data acquisition and control applications. It combines eight 16-bit analog input channels—built using the LTC1867 A/D converter chip—with eight optically isolated inputs and eight Form C relay outputs.
Each analog input is software-selectable for ±5V or ±15V ranges and supports both floating and ground-referenced signal types. A built-in DIP switch adds a +5V bias (via 10K resistor), making it ideal for sensors like thermistors or transformer outputs.
The digital side features eight 5–30VDC opto-isolated inputs rated for 3500VDC isolation and eight relays capable of switching DC loads up to 24W. Relays can be configured as normally open or normally closed.
Communication is easy through USB using Modbus RTU or Sealevel’s SeaMAX API for custom software development. SeaMAX drivers are available for both Windows and Linux.
The 570U includes Sealevel’s signature SeaLATCH USB port, which ensures a secure connection using a locking thumbscrew. Expandability is seamless with up to 246 SeaI/O N-series modules via passthrough connectors, making this unit ideal for lab automation, factory control, and sensor monitoring.
