The Relio R1 Rugged is an industrial-grade embedded computer engineered for extreme reliability in mission-critical environments. Powered by the Intel Core i7-1185GRE processor and enclosed in a rugged anodized aluminum housing, it’s fanless, solid-state, and certified to withstand harsh temperature swings from -40°C to +60°C.
This unit features a rich set of I/O: 2 × RS-232/RS-485 serial ports, 2 × locking USB 3.1 ports, 2 × locking USB 2.0 ports, 2 × Gigabit Ethernet ports, and optional Wi-Fi (802.11b/g/n). The high-retention SeaLATCH USB connectors ensure mechanical stability in vibration-prone environments.
Video support includes DVI-D and DisplayPort outputs with resolutions up to 2560×1600. Storage options include CFAST SATA II cards (64GB–256GB), and the system supports a wide range of OS options including Windows 10 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro, Ubuntu 21+, and RHEL 8+.
The Relio R1 Rugged’s COM Express modular CPU architecture allows easy upgrades without redesigning the system, ensuring long-term investment protection. Optional mounting kits, SSDs, OS images, and power supplies can be added for full customization.
