The COMM+232.PCIe offers two RS-232 serial ports for high-performance, asynchronous communication. Using a 16C950 UART with 128-byte Tx/Rx FIFOs, it supports data rates up to 921.6K bps, making it ideal for high-speed data transfer in industrial automation and serial communication applications. The 9-bit framing support ensures compatibility with legacy 16550 serial devices, while the flexible clock prescaler allows support for both standard and non-standard baud rates. The SeaCOM software driver makes it easy to integrate with Microsoft Windows systems, and the included 36-inch cable connects to two DB9M connectors.
