The 6632 Series Impedance Analyzer is designed for high-speed, high-accuracy characterization of components and materials. It supports both numeric and graphical output formats and can interface with automated systems via LAN, USB, or GPIB. The analyzer measures a full range of parameters including |Z|, |Y|, θ, X, R, G, B, L, D, Q, DCR, C, ESR, εr, μr. Multiple models are available to match frequency requirements, from 1 MHz to 50 MHz.
