The 14 GHz 25 ps TDR Kit is an essential tool for conducting precise TDR measurements in high-frequency applications. This kit includes an 18 GHz SMA(f) reference short and load, along with a 30 cm SMA precision cable with 1.3 dB loss at 13 GHz. It ensures accurate timebase calibration and TDR resolution, critical for high-speed signal analysis.

This kit is designed to be used in conjunction with the TA238 14 GHz power divider kit and a TDR/TDT-enabled PicoScope 9311 oscilloscope. The 14 GHz bandwidth corresponds to a 25 ps rise time, ensuring high-fidelity measurements. For even greater measurement capabilities, the kit can be used with any PicoScope 9300 Series oscilloscope when paired with a PicoSource PG900 pulse generator.

The components in this TDR kit are also included as standard with the PicoScope 9311 oscilloscope, and the kit is available for purchase as spares or replacements for existing TDR setups.
