The PA‑TRIONet3 is a versatile power analyzer that brings advanced measurement accuracy to a compact, portable form. Each unit handles four power phases with full-cycle precision, supported by high-speed simultaneous sampling. Sub-modules provide flexibility to connect a wide range of current and voltage transducers.

Designed for flexibility, PA‑TRIONet3 can be combined with other units for scalable setup in rack environments or deployed individually in mobile test rigs. With optional internal battery power, measurements can continue continuously even during transitions. It integrates with DEWETRON’s OXYGEN software for synchronized multi-phase and mixed-signal analysis, including auxiliary signals such as CAN, torque, or vibration—all time-aligned.

Ring-inclusions in automated test stands are supported through SCPI/EtherCAT/UDP interfaces, and system designs allow direct expansion into larger DEWE3 systems via network connections.

  • Modular Power Analysis: Supports up to 4 independent power phases using exchangeable sub-modules.

  • Precision Measurements: Delivers a consistent basic accuracy of 0.03–0.04% from 0.5 Hz to 1 kHz.

  • High-Speed Sampling: Capable of simultaneous sampling at up to 1 MS/s per channel.

  • Compact Design: Small, lightweight unit (under 2 kg) suited for on-site, mobile, or rack-mounted deployment.

  • Flexible Connectivity: Interfaces include USB 3.0 and Gigabit Ethernet, delivering typical data throughput of ~90 MB/s.

  • Battery Operation: Optional hot-swappable battery provides approximately 1 hour of autonomous operation.

  • User-Serviceable Modules: Plug‑and‑play exchangeable sub-modules for different sensor types such as zero‑flux transducers and current clamps.

  • Scalable Integration: Can be used standalone, or daisy-chained up to four units in a 19″ rack for expanded phase count and capability.
