The MICROTEST 6632S+ Series is a complete DC bias current testing solution that integrates the 6632S Impedance Analyzer with a DC bias source. Designed for R&D, quality control, and production testing, it provides engineers with precise tools for analyzing magnetic saturation current and temperature rise current characteristics.

A key advantage of the 6632S+ Series is its Equivalent Circuit Analysis feature, which offers seven circuit models to help users evaluate the effects of parasitic elements on impedance and frequency behavior. This capability is critical for high-frequency applications where component performance can be influenced by unintended inductive, resistive, or capacitive elements.

In addition to impedance analysis, the system measures permeability (μr) and DC resistance (DCR), giving a complete electrical and magnetic profile of tested components. The wide frequency range of up to 30 MHz, combined with high-current capability, makes it suitable for testing a variety of inductive and magnetic components used in power electronics, RF circuits, and transformer design.
