The 6632S Series Impedance Analyzer is designed for advanced component and material characterization with Equivalent Circuit Analysis to evaluate parasitic effects. It measures parameters including |Z|, |Y|, θ, X, R, G, B, L, D, Q, DCR, C, ESR, εr, μr and supports numeric or graphical results. Models range from 6632-1S to 6632-50S, covering frequencies from 1 MHz to 50 MHz. Its list mode supports multi-step automated measurements, and built-in BIN and comparator functions make it suitable for R&D, QA, and production environments.
