The SeaLINK/PC.SC (Model 2128) provides a robust solution for embedded computing platforms needing a single, high-performance serial port without the bulk of external adapters. It mounts securely to a PC chassis via the included bracket and connects internally to a USB header using the provided CA260 cable. This setup creates a clean, professional hardware integration.

Using Sealevel’s SeaCOM drivers, the adapter appears as a standard COM port to the host system, ensuring compatibility with legacy serial-based applications. Configuration is done entirely through software, allowing technicians to assign RS-232, RS-422, or RS-485 on the fly without opening enclosures.

Ideal for ITX, EBX, or ATX system builds, the 2128 is widely used in embedded control, industrial automation, and OEM solutions where durability, performance, and configurability are critical. The design includes built-in automatic RS-485 control and status LEDs to simplify field diagnostics and deployment.
