Part of the IT6300 series, the IT6333B is designed for multi-output flexibility. Its two high-voltage channels can be connected in series for up to 300 V output or paralleled for combined current. High resolution and built-in dual meters allow precise monitoring and control, while fast sampling rates support dynamic testing.

List-mode and programmed timer features enable automated test sequences without external control. Remote sensing compensates for lead losses, ensuring accurate voltage at the device under test. With standard communication interfaces and support for SCPI and VISA protocols, the IT6333B integrates seamlessly into automated setups. Its intelligent fan cooling maintains reliable, quiet operation under load.
