The Tabor P1282M is a high-performance PXIe-based arbitrary waveform generator module featuring 2 channels, each capable of up to 1.25 GS/s sample rate with 16-bit resolution and 1 GS waveform memory. It includes four marker outputs and supports real-time feedback via a programmable FPGA—ideal for generating precise, complex waveforms in modular test setups..
The P1282M belongs to Tabor's Proteus™ PXIe series of modular arbitrary waveform generators and transceivers. It combines DAC and digitizer capabilities in a single PXIe module, enabling closed-loop, environment-driven waveform control. Its FPGA supports on-the-fly adjustments and signal processing. Engineers can configure complex multi-step sequences or infinite waveform streams via task-oriented commands. The PCIe interface allows ultra-fast waveform download rates. Typical applications include quantum physics tests, RF/µW signal generation, radar simulation, and feedback-controlled waveform production.
