The Tabor P1284B is a standalone benchtop Arbitrary Waveform Transceiver featuring 4 AWG channels at 1.25 GS/s (16-bit) with 4 GS per-channel memory, alongside integrated digitizer and FPGA capabilities. Housed in a 4U, 19″ chassis with a 9″ touchscreen and onboard PC, it's designed for real-time streaming, closed-loop feedback, and complex waveform sequencing—perfect for RF, quantum, and communications labs..
The P1284B is part of Tabor’s Proteus benchtop series, offering integrated arbitrated waveform generation and acquisition with synchronized FPGA control. It enables real-time, closed-loop operation without external computers via its onboard PC and touchscreen. Engineers can design conditional waveform sequences and adapt output in response to inputs—all within the instrument. Applications include multi-channel radar, quantum control, and high-speed digital comms.
